During the initial peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Samsung Care offered free repairs on smartphones to those fighting to keep us safe with their Frontline Heroes program.
I worked with the team at Samsung to put together this video featuring real testimonials from people who took advantage of the program. Featuring nurses, EMTs, and others from across the country, this piece confronts the realities of the pandemic head-on, with true stories from the trenches. This program was Samsung’s way to give back to those who have been tirelessly working to help all of us.
I served as director for this film, and worked with the participants to help them tell their stories. Living on Samsung Mobile’s US social channels and YouTube, it got the word out for the initiative to thousands of people around the world.
